Bridget has been leading the Quantex Recruitment division & the team of professionals for over 25 years.  She incorporates her expertise in recruiting with her passion for the travel & tourism industry & has become known over the years as “The Consultant who Cares”.  Her portfolio includes managing the Group + finances as well as consulting for a select portfolio of clients & candidates.  Quality Candidates for Quality Clients is key in the recruitment process.

January 2012 heralds the opening of the new Quantex Urban division. This division is spearheaded by Barry Langenhoven, a Psychology Grad with more than 15 years operational management expertise. Barry’s passion for people & service delivery contributes to his successful career. He believes that Quality Candidates will increase staff stability & greater profitability.

The HR Excel division has been managed by Lee, an Accredited Skills Assessor since 1999. The purpose of the division is to offer a comprehensive HR service & to be on hand to assist SMME clients with practical online advice related to BCEA | LRA & all HR documentation. Whether it's disciplinary documentation, performance issues or you need an independent to conduct staff surveys, we are able to offer a solution
